Description
A Buddha bowl is a vegan and gluten free meal, served on a single bowl or high-rimmed plate, which consists of small portions of several foods, served cold. These may include whole grains such as quinoa, plant proteins such as chickpeas, and vegetables.
Buddha Bowl Ingredients:
All bowls are served on a bed of fresh kale and topped with quinoa.
Mango Bowl: Roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli, fresh mango and avocado. Served with a side of mango dressing.
*Chicken, optional
Chickpea Bowl: Roasted chickpeas, fresh red cabbage, shredded carrots and avocado. Served with a side of Tahini dressing.
Sweet Potato Bowl: Roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, broccoli and red onion. Served with a side of Tahini dressing.
These products do not contain dairy, soy or nut products.
